Can someone give me the exact amount of time it takes for each of the vampires to be fully ressurected? I'm making plans on adding animations to the end of death animations, where the vampire gets back up. This means I would have to make the animations slightly different for each of the vampires models. A few people gave me estimates, but an exact number would be fabulous. I'm just sort of tired of vampires corpses turning into killing machines in .0001 seconds.

I think it would be a good idea to update just about all the animations.
Are they not just the standard HLDM animations?

One thing that's always bugged me is when someone crouch-jumps. They're feet move all crazy and ghey.

The running is goofy too.

That's one thing that can make or break a mod. no one wants to play against goofy looking enemies.

The animations in DOD are great. It would be awesome if VS had that kind of model work.

Crouch jumps going wrong is Valves bug. It happens when the crouch anim gets played in the same frame as the leap anim kicks off. It's not easy to fix otherwise they prolly would have done it five years ago...

VS models Nina, Molly and Eightball are better that DoD's to be perfectly honest.

Many of the anims are original HL ones. When the core team consits of the two of us, we don't have much time for re-animating everything.

btw, that was the final version. I don't really see the point in complaining about stuff you want changed when there isn't going to be another version. Just thought I'd point that out, I thought it'd be obvious but obviously not... but feel free to waste your own time on it though.

And to answer Fury's question, here is the code (those are seconds from when killed is first registered)

#define RESURRECT_TIME_LOUIS 3.0
#define RESURRECT_TIME_EDGAR 4.0
#define RESURRECT_TIME_NINA 2.5

I don't want to cheat, I just want it to be a smoother transition. Besides, it's not like I'm going to play in the VS CAL-P leagues or something riddicuolous like that.
